950-960MHz
high-performance AMR mobile 10-Watt transmitter. This transmitter
was designed to have exceptionally clean spectral performance
in order to meet the stringent requirements of this MAS band.
Features include automatic power leveling and self-calibrating
modulation. |

UWB microwave
transmitter that operates in the 4.5-7GHz band and was designed
for a radar imaging application. Peak pulse output power 300mW.
Built in BPSK modulator that can produce an extremely accurate
pulse. All of the microstrip structures; filters, amplifiers,
splitters, modulator, and RF switches were designed in-house
as well as the machined housing. This project took four months
to complete and the met the customers specifications on the first
turn. |

2.4GHz wideband
FM video/sound transmitter designed for a high-volume consumer
product application. 1.0mW to 10mW RF output power. Operates
entirely on 4.5 volt dc power. Includes synthesized direct conversion
carrier and sound sub-carrier. SMD components on both sides. |

900MHz ISM
band vestigial sideband (VSB) video/sound transmitter designed
for a high-volume consumer product application. Operates entirely
on 4.5 volt dc power and is capable of 50mW RF output. Fully
synthesized modulator operating at 45MHz and uses a single up-conversion
technique to provide a very clean output spectrum in the 900MHz
ISM band. |

Designed for
operation in the 400MHz ISM band in a remote activation application.
Self contained 3.0V lithium cell is mounted on the back (not
shown). One of our simplest engineering projects it provided
over 300 foot range to our receiver with one-of-four push-button
selections. |
